Residential Extension

Smytheman Architectural completely transformed this existing property into a new modern detached family dwelling. Prior to our involvement previous approved plans were for an extensive rear extension reducing the amount of private garden space and retaining the existing 1950's traditional style. We therefore, developed a scheme to extend and alter the principal elevation and create a contemporary appearance and an open plan living arrangement.
